Cyclops comes to his senses in a museum - as he's being arrested for murder! Flashback to earlier that day, when the X-Men had attended Scott's younger brother's college graduation. Alex was kidnapped by the Living Pharoah, and the X-Men track him to the museum where they battle. The X-Men ultimately rescue Alex, and then leave him and Scott alone to talk since Alex just discovered his brother is Cyclops! However, the Pharoah surprises them, knocking Scott unconcious and taking Alex prisoner again. When Cyclops comes to, the body of the "pharoah" is lying near him, and Cyke is accused of his murder. Cyclops escapes the police, and finds himself in some tunnels - where he discovers the Living Pharoah is very much not dead!
